Azarenka pulls out of Rogers Cup with knee injury (Yahoo! Sports)

MONTREAL (AP) -- Top-ranked Victoria Azarenka withdrew from the Rogers Cup on Friday because of a knee injury, but she hopes to be ready for the U.S. Open.
