Monaco out of Kooyong Classic exhibition (Yahoo! Sports)
MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) -- Juan Monaco of Argentina has pulled out of the Kooyong Classic exhibition tournament with a hand injury and has been replaced by Paul-Henri Mathieu of France.
