Tipsarevic wins, Haase loses in 2nd round (Yahoo! Sports)

CHENNAI, India (AP) -- Second-seeded Janko Tipsarevic beat French player Edouard Roger-Vasselin 6-2, 6-3 Wednesday in the second round of the Chennai Open.
