Stepanek back from surgery for Czech Davis Cup (Yahoo! Sports)

PRAGUE (AP) -- Radek Stepanek has recovered from neck surgery and is expected to play doubles for defending champion Czech Republic in the Davis Cup quarterfinals against Kazakhstan.
