Monfils wins in Halle, says he'll skip Wimbledon (Yahoo! Sports)

HALLE, Germany (AP) -- Gael Monfils announced that he's skipping Wimbledon again, after reaching the quarterfinals of the Gerry Weber Open on Wednesday
